a short update on my napfa yesterday..


i quite expected to fail napfa this time, cos i really didnt have time to train at all.. cos the last few weeks were hectic like hell.. ohwell, there will still be retest in may, and im sure i can definitely get my gold that time..


anyway, here are the results:


standing broad jump: A.. expected.. got a mere 250cm, definitely short of my target by a lot..


sit & reach: A.. not expected.. especially since i usually struggle to barely get A for this..


pull up: F.. expected.. nothing to say.. havent been training:p


shuttle run: A.. expected.. but still a far cry from my best..


sit up: A.. expected.. haha.. one of my best..


2.4km run: B.. omg.. definitely unexpected.. especially since i ran below 11 mins this time.. i adopted the same strategy of not opening my mouth for the first five laps and not stopping for any rests at all.. perservered for the first five laps, before giving myself an extra burst of speed at the last lap to give reach a personal best of below 11.. got 7th placing.. haha.. totally unexpected..

overall, got 24 out of 30.. and since im going to retake my pull up, i think should be a ble to get at least a gold.. i hope..
