CVD today..
206 was doing roti jala and the three nuts: peanut, coconut and donut.. surprisingly, the roti jala idea suggested by AGK was a good seller.. actually, i was quite surprised that there will even be people buying la.. haha.. the coconut sold pretty well too, despite having a price tag of $4.. i think its because i chopped it till its too beautiful..haha.. donuts were a sell out too.. but the games stall was rather dissapointing.. personally, i think that its too hard lah..
just like all carnivals, i think i spent my money rather unwisely.. spent $4 on a coconut.. i could have bought more drinks with $4.. spent $4 for dunking vp wong.. haha.. everybody wanted to dunk him, guess he isnt popular with the rest of the school either, not just the councillors..
and he really got dunked.. at 130pm.. there was a sense of jubilation as cheers came out when he was dunked.. lol..
den went to support madeline's class.. when i went there, they were doing fingernail painting.. -.- looks gay on guys.... but got hand art, so i chose the latter.. too bad it came off after i went home and bathed..
next was getting jiang wei to be dunked.. ms lim, ms chong, the phs gb and bb ppl all wanted to dunk him lah.. lol. den when he kena dunked, they still make fun of him, saying that water displaced by him will be too big, and more water needs to be added...
thats about all for cvd.. overall, 206 earned $790.. the food stall was definitely better than last year, but the games stall still lost to my floorball game last year..
went home at around 5pm with mad and irene.. had to rushed off early cos i had physics tuition at 7..
at tuition, i think i fell asleep for the first hour, so never really listen to what he was saying.. too tired le..
just received an email from mingda and i think that some of the following points about guys are quite true.. 60 things most girls dont know (selected) :
--Giving a guy a hanging message like 'You know what?!..uh...nevermind..' would make him jump to a conclusion that is far from what you are thinking. And he'll assume he did something wrong and he'll obsess about it trying to figure it out.--Guys are good flatterers when courting but they usually stammer when they talk to a girl they really like.
--Guys hate asking parents for money to buy girls presents. So they come up with ideas like saving their lunch money for a week. But it never works because guys are always hungry so they end up asking the parents for money anyway.
--If a guy tells you about his problems, he just needs someone to listen to him. You don't need to give advice.
--Guys think WAY too much. One small thing a girl does, even if she doesn't notice it can make the guy think about it for hours, trying to figure out what it meant.--If a guy looks unusually calm and laid back, he's probably faking it and is spazzing inside.
--When a guy asks you to leave him alone, he's just actually saying, 'Please come and listen to me.'
--If a guy starts to talk seriously, listen to him. It doesn't happen that often, so when it does, you know something's up.
--When a guy looks at you for longer than a second, he's definitely thinking something.--A guy has more problems than you can see with your naked eyes.
--No guy can handle all his problems on his own. He's just too stubborn to admit it.lol.. some of them, i feel are really true.. i shall end here.. tiring day today..
